This set is deceptively simple, but has some interesting challenges, not the least of which is making a fragment of a wall that looks as solid as concrete, but is built/created.
Because of the way we have the audience set up - with people on three sides of the stage...it means that you cannot watch the play alone in the dark.
Directing is always like putting beads on a necklace...you start by looking at and selecting each bead.
Anne, our stage manager, also brought in some lovely homemade peanut butter cookies.
As I sit here and write, Harper begins to crawl, and we start rehearsals for My Name is Rachel Corrie. We began on Tuesday, so today marks day 5.
